Founded in 2018 by husband-&-wife duo Johny Chow, internationally acclaimed musician & visual artist, & Christi Allen, a seasoned hospitality pro & film & television producer, Misuta Chow’s is more than just a restaurant — it’s their love letter to Tokyo.

Inspired by their travels, artistic vision, & deep affection for Japanese culture, Johny & Christi created a space that blends nostalgia, artistry, & culinary creativity — bringing a one-of-a-kind experience to Buffalo’s dining & nightlife scene.
